What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. We also use the browser's local storage to remember interface preferences.
Which cookies we use
- Necessary: they keep your session and protect forms, remember your language, your cookie choice and, only if you tick it, the "Keep me signed in" option. We also remember in your browser whether you prefer the light or dark theme. Without them the site does not work properly, so they do not require your consent.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used in aggregate. It is only enabled if you accept it in the cookie notice.
Third-party services on specific pages
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects the sign-in, sign-up, password recovery, contact and Complaints Book forms against bots, and may use its own technical cookies.
- Culqi, our payment gateway, only loads on the Billing page when paying or registering a card, and may use its own cookies to process the payment securely.
These services apply their own policies.

You can accept or reject analytics in the cookie notice and change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the necessary ones, you may not be able to sign in.
